Our Background :

This organization was formed to allow leaders mentor others in spiritual and other disciplines in Christian service and life. The mentorship is done online and face to face where appropriate. It started from a need of engaging leaders in weekly devotions and later God connected us with mentors whose goal was to help pastors and church leaders live unhurried lives. As a result, God laid in us other areas of empowering and bringing transformation to Teens & the Youths, Orphans & Vulnerable Children, Pastors, Single Parents, Widows, and Pastors’ Wives. Later, a need for a mentorship school was born – Timothy Emerging Leaders Initiative (T.E.L.I).

More about us

Our Strategy:

Every leader is the 1st generation (G) of this group and is required to look for 5 leaders (2nd G) that he/she can mentor by engaging them through the spiritual lessons from unhurried living lessons, the SeedForlife Devotions, or T.E.L.I online mentorship or physical classes. Each leader (mentor) is encouraged to mentor 5 and his/her 5 to have each 5 leaders (their 2nd G) and do the same. That will be the 3rd G. We do it to the 4G. “And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses, entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.” (2 Timothy2:2). “Each one disciple 5 to the 4th generation.” – (1:5:4).
NB: Each person empowered is encouraged to mentor 5 people in areas empowered.
