Every week, SeedForlife devotions are written to bring spiritual reflection to a pastor. Currently, these devotions are reaching 2,000 pastors & leaders in 11 countries and it’s translated in French. From 2018, we have devotions we want to turn into devotional books to help enrich pastors and leaders. These books will be used in home churches or cell groups weekly fellowships and this will be a great contribution into the kingdom.

This program targets youths from ages 13-25 years. These are those in highschool ages 13-19 and those in the universities/college ages 20-24 years. Teens have many challenges because of their transition which affects them.Holiday programs, 3 times a year in April, August & December are conducted and the following topics are covered at different level:
Every year, groups according to different levels are graduated and certificate of participation given. The parents of these children attend the graduation and talks related to parenting is taught by a professional. They eat lunch and hear transformational testimonies. In each of the 3 holiday breaks, we target about 50-100 students. Every December we organize for them a 3-day youth camp. Those in colleges are used as mentors during special sessions during the camp. You can sponsor one youth every holiday by giving Ksh. 3,000 ($ 30) per holiday. This costs Ksh. 10,000 ($ 100) including Ksh. 1,000 ($ 10) for administrative purposes. How many students can you sponsor? Which holiday would you like to support? NB: By giving Ksh. 10,000 ($ 100) per year, you can sponsor one youth for the 3 holidays spiritual empowerment & transformation. Can we count on you to partner with us to mold this generation?
These women are married by pastors whose churches are small and they have children that need to be educated & provided for in areas like food, upkeep, house rent & upkeep. The pastor’s church allowance per month would range from Ksh. 5,000 - 10,000 ($ 50 – 100) per month. They live on less than Ksh. 100 ($1) per day. Empowering such a woman will be very transformational. The family will have another source of income instead of depending on the pastor’s little allowance. The program seeks to empower these pastors’ wives by giving them start up capital of Ksh. 20,000 ($200) per a woman to begin small vegetables /others groceries business.

In our community, there are many widows left by their loved ones and singleparents who got children out of wedlock or have divorced. These women have children that need to be educated & provided for in areas like food, upkeep, house rent and upkeep. They live on less than Ksh. 100 ($1) per day per day. Empowering such a woman will be very transformational.

The program seeks to add value to this group by looking for partners who can invest in them to bring transformation into their lives. We focus on the following areas: - Education / School fee. - Spiritual / Discipleship - Physical / Health - Economic / Financial empowerment for care givers. Every Saturday, the children come to a nearby venue- church for a spiritual program to help them know God and grow in him. They take 10 o’clock tea and lunch when they come. The program starts from 8.30 am - 4.30 pm every Saturday. We take care of their health, school uniforms, books and shoes. These children stay with their care givers (one parent but very needy).

In Kenya we have many small and young churches led by Pentecostal pastors who hardly have a certificate or a diploma of Bible & Theology.This program is created to help those who might want to invest in training these pastors. Due to the income of the church, the pastor is not able to educate himself because of his/her family upkeep like house rent, food & lease for the church ground. The income of these churches that we are targeting have members ranging from 15-50. These are adults, teens & children and with an income per month ranging from Ksh. 5,000 - 10,000 ($50 – 100)
One-year training for a certificate goes for a subsidized cost of about Ksh. 20,000 ($ 200) per year. It would take about Ksh. 60,000 ($ 600) to train one pastor for a Diploma in Bible & Theology for three years. When the pastor is trained, that will help him/her preach the Gospel without error & manipulation of believers. He/she will be able to lay a strong foundation in the Gospel and the fulfillment of the Great Commission. Could this be your desire? How many pastors would you desire to sponsor? Timothy Emerging Leaders Initiative(T.E.L.I) is a mentorship school; whose purpose is to equip pastors with practical ministry skills in 6 areas of focus (modules) and these are: -
Evangelism, Discipleship, Church Growth, Funds Development, Turning your sermons into books and Church Management. The six modules each will be covered within one month and the requirement is 2 hours per week per module. It is a six-month mentorship program. Physical Classes will be taught in different centers per month. The 6 modules manuals cost Ksh. 250/- ($ 2.5) per copy and it costs Ksh.1500 ($ 15) per student per 6 modules. The trainer’s manual cost Ksh.500/-($ 5). 10 centers for 6 modules will cost Ksh.30,000 ($ 300). Our goal is to train 2,400 pastors per year at an average of 20 pastors per center. In Kenya, the Northern and coast region are not evangelized. This program seeks to raise financial resources to support missionaries (church planters) who are serving in those remote difficult areas. As an organization we don’t plant churches but we partner with churches that have a plan to send church planters in those areas. Some counties that are in need of such missionaries are Turkana, Marsabit, Mandera, Wajir, Garissa, Lamu, Kilifi, Kwale, Kajiando, Samburu, Narok and West Pokot. N.B: According to Joshua Project, Kenya has 108 people groups, 32 people groups unreached (29.6%). The Evangelicals are 45.43% with evangelical annual growth rate of 3.4%. The SeedForlife devotions will be recorded and sent out as podcasts of 8 minutes each to inspire people in living for God and serving Him. Our desire is to have a team of two technical people for this department. With $200 (Ksh, 20,000) per month we would be able to engage them for creating, designing, posting them on weekly basis.We are looking for 10 people who will be giving $20 (Ksh. 2,000) per month for this need.Would you desire to partner in this department and to make reach its purpose? These are 2-3 days seminars in Family life / couples’ seminars (12 lessons). Lessons like; What’s God’s purpose? What’s God’s plan for Marriage? Communication in marriage, Threats to oneness in marriage, sexual intimacy, etc.In church growth we cover the following areas, evangelism, follow up, Discipleship, church growth, church planting, growing church through small groups, The OBBS (Obedience Bible Based Study) & leadership principles.

Those leaders who require these books will get a hand copy and will be sent to them. The will provide their local address and town. They will add Ksh. 100 for sending the book. Parents can buy for the children, Pastors & youth pastors or youth workers will find this book very helpful.Dynamic church growth - This book covers topics such as, what is a church? How to develop a prayer movement in church, strategic planning for church growth, small groups strategy for church growth, discipleship wheel -6 important principles to disciple a believer, the 4 Spiritual laws; training onhow to win people to Christ etc. Parenting in the 21st century -It has 19 principles of helping the parent connect with his/ her children. It has a lesson to help conduct an effective family altar. SeedForlife book for cells - These are 60 devotions for every week in one year. Each lesson has discussion questions to help the facilitators pass the content with high effectiveness). Foundation for new believers -Hand book for pastors to help them to equip / train new believers for 3 months on foundational issues of faith.Fund raising for your ministry - This book helps the pastor or a full-time staff understand where finances are and how to raise them for ministry.NB: At the end of every chapter, there are questions to help the reader actualize the things covered in every chapter.

Every leader is the 1st generation (G) of this group and is required to look for 5 leaders (2nd G) that he/she can mentor by engaging them through the spiritual lessons from unhurried living lessons, the SeedForlife Devotions, or T.E.L.I online mentorship or physical classes. Each leader (mentor) is encouraged to mentor 5 and his/her 5 to have each 5 leaders (their 2nd G) and do the same. That will be the 3rd G. We do it to the 4G. “And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses, entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.” (2 Timothy2:2). “Each one disciple 5 to the 4th generation.” – (1:5:4). NB: Each person empowered is encouraged to mentor 5 people in areas empowered.
